Secondly, after determining the reduction ratio, please multiply the rated torque of the gear motor you choose by the reduction ratio. In principle, this value should be less than the rated output torque of a similar gearbox provided in the product type record, taking into account the motor's overload capacity and the actual large working torque required.
Then consider the return clearance of the speed control motor. The smaller the return clearance, the higher the accuracy and the higher the cost. The reliability of the highly stressed reducer should also be considered in installation and use, which is not prone to problems.
