1. The machine room should be clean and dry.
2. After the gear motor is out of use for a long time. Before use, the capacity of the capacitor must be checked whether it meets the requirements on the nameplate of the motor, otherwise the capacitor must be switched to the specifications before use.
3. If the motor is directly connected to the driven equipment, attention should be paid to the consistency of the centerline at all times, using the chain wheel and pulley drive equipment, should always pay attention to the tension of the chain wheel and belt, should not be too tight or too loose.
4. If the conditions allow, the motor can add the appropriate amount of lubricating grease after a long period of work operation.
