The working principle of YuSin Electromechanical's R&D and manufacturing of speed motor is achieved through the use of a stepless speed regulating electromagnetic slip clutch.

 

The speed motor consists of two rotating parts, a cylindrical armature and claw shaped magnetic poles, which are not mechanically connected. The armature is driven by the motor to rotate synchronously with the motor. When the excitation coil is supplied with direct current, a spatially alternating magnetic field is generated in the working air gap. The armature cuts the magnetic field to generate induced potential and current, namely eddy current. The magnetic field generated by eddy current interacts with each other to produce torque. The direction of rotation of the output shaft is the same as that of the driving motor. The speed of the output shaft depends on the magnitude of the excitation current supplied to the excitation coil under a certain load. The larger the current, the higher the speed, and vice versa. Without current, the output shaft cannot output torque.

YuSin speed regulating motor has the following characteristics:

1. Communication stepless speed regulation, with a speed measurement negative feedback closed-loop control system.

2. This speed motor has a simple structure, is easy to use and maintain, and is inexpensive.

3. No loss of control zone, wide speed range, up to 10:1 maximum.

4. Small control power, convenient for self-control, group control, and remote control.

5. Good starting performance, high starting torque, smooth starting.
