YUSIN 4RB series high-pressure fan (high-pressure blower / gas ring vacuum pump) refers to the design conditions, the wind pressure of 30kPa to 200KPa or compression ratio e to 1.3 to 3 fan. The working principle is that when the impulsion rotates, due to the centrifugal force, the wind direction causes the gas to move forward and outwards, forming a series of spiral motion in the enclosure. The air between the imperfle blades spirals and accelerates the rotation and squeezes the gas outside the pump body into the side groove (inhaled by the suction port), and when it enters the side channel, the gas is compressed and then returned to the imperfase blade to accelerate the rotation again. As air passes through impers and side grooves along a spiral track, each impulsive blade increases the degree of compression and acceleration, and as the rotation progresses, the dynamic energy of the gas increases, further increasing the pressure of the gas passing along the side channel. When the air reaches the connection point between the side groove and the discharge frances, the gas is squeezed out of the blades and the pump body is discharged through the outlet m2.

When the high-voltage fan is running, the current consumed by the motor increases with the increase of pressure and vacuum, such as the current is too large will cause the contactor to jump off, in order to prevent jump or power saving, please maximize the area of the air output, or in the suction or exhaust side installation of the air pressure air volume control valve.
A、Air feed - The entrance should be filled with an appropriate filter
1、The total cross-sectional area of the air-out hole shall be greater than 1/2 of the wind turbine outlet cross-sectional area.
2、If used for air delivery in water, its water depth pressure should be less than 70% of the maximum static pressure value indicated in the model catalogue.
3、When the pressure is sent, the outlet temperature due to air friction is greater than 10 degrees Celsius is normal, so the iron pipe should be used more than 1M.
B、Suction - The total area of the silencer suction hole may be added at the outlet shall be greater than 1/2 of the area of the blower inlet.
C、Easy way to clean up filters：
Turn the filter from the connector and remove dirt or dust from the filter with an air spray gun or brush, which can be used when cleaned.
D、Installation site
The ambient temperature and humidity should meet the following conditions：
1、Single-phase -5 to 40 degrees C three-phase -10 to 40 degrees C.
2、Choose a place with good ventilation, less dust and moisture.
3、For those installed in the open air, use a rain cover.
E、Installation method
High-pressure fan can be installed at any angle, with screws really fixed to the horizontal and rigid foundation or base. The base weight is about 3 times the standard for high-pressure fans. Special attention should be paid to whether the base is uneven, if so, when the bolt twists, the high-pressure fan table may be deformed! Shock absorbers can be added to reduce noise. When the air vents are not connected to the suction port, add barbed wire to prevent dangerous or foreign inhalation.
